The challenge kicks off on Monday morning August 15th, 2016. You must sign up before that date if you'd like to join.

What equipment do I need to join?
You will need a jump rope and a timer. That's it. If you don't have a jump rope, we'll show you which one can help you get the BEST results possible.
What if I can't do double unders?
This challenge is designed to teach you how to do double unders, even if you are a beginner.
What if I can already do double unders?
The first week of the challenge is designed to help all jumpers reinforce the fundamentals of double unders, but as the challenge advances, so does the difficulty of the drills and workouts.
What if I do other workouts too?
The workouts in this challenge are fairly short (10-15 minutes) and should not prevent you from partaking in other workouts or programs. This challenge is specifically focused on improving your double under ability.
Do I need a Crossrope for this challenge?
No. Crossrope is not required to participate in the challenge. However, Crossrope users will have the advantage of completing the workouts using our suggested rope weights for maximum benefit and improvement.
Can I invite my friends?
Of course! If you know anyone that is looking to improve at double unders, we encourage you to ask if they are interested in signing up.
What if I don't see any improvement?
If you don't see any improvement in your double unders after 21 days, we'll give you your money back. It's that simple.
